Dental: Follow these steps to find an in-network dentist:
1. Visit UnitedConcordia.com.(https://www.unitedconcordia.com)
2. Click on Find a Dentist.
3. Type in an office location or dentist’s name.
4. Select your network from the drop-down list. Our network is Elite Plus.
5. You can sort by dentist type, distance, gender, language and county.

Dental: With our dental plan through United Concordia, ID cards are not issued. However, you can access your digital member ID:
1. Visit https://www.unitedconcordia.com/benefits/get-started.(https://www.unitedconcordia.com/benefits/get-started)
2. Create your personal MyDentalBenefits account.
3. View or print your member ID right from the homepage.
You can also download the mobile apple to view your member ID
1. Get the United Concordia Dental app from the Apple App Store (https://apps.apple.com/us/app/united-concordia-dental-mobile/id522392221)or on Google Play.(https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?hl=en_US&id=com.ucci.dmw&utm_source=chatgpt.com&pli=1)
2. Use your MyDentalBenefits username and password to sign in.
3. Click the ID Card link under My Benefits to view your card.

Vision: An ID card is not needed to receive services or materials from an in-network provider. When making an appointment, just tell the VBA in-network provider you have VBA. You will need to provide your VBA Member ID Number to a VBA in-network provider. If you would like a VBA Member ID Card, you can print one from the VBA Member portal by logging in here: https://www.vbaplans.com/.(https://www.vbaplans.com/)

Our group vision ID number is 7597.
You are required to update your Highmark Coordination of Benefits information every year so that they can properly process your claims.
Coordination of Benefits information confirms whether you and/or your enrolled dependents have insurance coverage other than your employer's and if so, what that other insurance is, so that they can determine proper payment responsibilities for claims. If your Coordination of Benefits is updated yearly or as requested, your claims will be processed.

When you enroll in one of our healthcare plans, you have access to use telemedicine through Well360. This allows you to speak with a doctor 24/7 by phone, text, or video chat.
How to get started:
• Visit www.myhighmark.com (http://www.myhighmark.com)or download the My Highmark app
• Log in or create your account
• Select “Get Care” to access Virtual Health services
• It’s recommended to set up your account ahead of time
Good to know: Well360 Virtual Health is available exclusively through the My Highmark app, giving you one convenient place to manage your care.
